MYSOVA Founder Pool — Full Promotion Terms

The promoter is MYSOVA LTD (the "Promoter"), a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales on 13 April 2026 under UK Companies House registration number 17154283.

Registered office: 1 Royal Exchange, London, EC3V 3DG, United Kingdom.

ICO data-protection registration confirmed. D-U-N-S verified.

These terms govern the promotional activity referred to throughout MYSOVA marketing as the "Founder Pool", "£80,000 founder pool", "reward pool", "founder rewards" or any equivalent description (the "Promotion").

The Promotion is open only to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members and business partners of the Promoter are excluded from receiving Founder Pool rewards but may still register on the waitlist.

Entrants must use a valid email address and a single working UK or international mobile phone number for verification.

Multiple, automated, scripted or duplicate entries by a single individual are prohibited and will be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.

Waitlist signup opens at Thursday, 14 May 2026 at 18:00 BST.

The Referral Race closes ("Lock Time") at Monday, 8 June 2026 at 23:59 BST.

The MYSOVA mobile app public launch is on Friday, 12 June 2026 at 00:00 BST.

Verified waitlist signups receive a 3-day early-access window beginning 2026-06-09.

Final referral position for The Hundred is determined by reference to data recorded server-side at the Lock Time. Entries received after the Lock Time do not count toward The Hundred but may still receive position-based subscription rewards.

Visit https://app.mysova.co.uk, complete the waitlist signup form, verify your email address, complete the onboarding flow, and (where applicable) verify a mobile number for fraud prevention.

Each successful signup occupies a numbered position in the Founder cohort. Entrants may climb positions by referring others using a personal referral code, subject to the Anti-Abuse rules in Section 8.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. The waitlist signup is and will remain free of charge throughout the Promotion period.

The total notional value of the Promotion is up to £80,000 sterling, distributed across all qualifying entrants in the form of (a) MYSOVA subscription time and (b) founder-issued rewards. The Promotion is NEVER awarded as cash.

Subscription time is granted as a credit on the entrant's MYSOVA account and may only be redeemed on Explorer or Icon subscription tiers operated by the Promoter. Subscription credits have no resale value, no cash redemption value, and cannot be transferred to a third party except as the Promoter expressly permits.

Founder rewards comprise the items listed in Section 6 of these terms (notably the Gold Tick visual marker, founder-numbered brass pin, and Pioneer Pin). These items are issued by the Promoter at no charge to qualifying entrants and have no monetary value.

Promotional discount codes, referral-based subscription credits, and stackable rewards have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Subscription credits expire if not redeemed within 24 months of issue.

Any tax (including but not limited to UK income tax) arising in connection with a prize is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The Hundred. The top 100 entrants ranked by valid referral count at the Lock Time receive: (a) a permanent Gold Tick on the MYSOVA member profile for the lifetime of the account; (b) one (1) year of MYSOVA Icon subscription, free of charge, redeemable on the entrant's MYSOVA account; and (c) one (1) numbered brass pin shipped to the entrant's UK delivery address (one pin per entrant, no replacements while the holder remains active). Only 100 brass pins will ever be issued.

Position rewards. Entrants ranked #1–100 receive Icon free for 1 month. #101–500 receive Icon free for 2 weeks. #501–2,000 receive Explorer free for 1 month. #2,001–10,000 receive Explorer free for 2 weeks. #10,001+ receive Explorer free for 1 week.

Referral ladder. Cumulative valid referrals across the Promotion period unlock additional subscription credits — 1 referral = Bronze Tick; 5 referrals = Silver Tick; 10 referrals = Icon 1 month; 20 referrals = Icon 3 months + Pioneer Pin (one collectible, separate to The Hundred brass pin); 50 referrals = Icon 6 months; 100 referrals = Icon 1 year.

Stacking. Where an entrant is eligible under more than one of the above categories, the higher subscription-credit value applies (referral ladder vs position reward), with collectible items (brass pin, Pioneer Pin) cumulating where separately earned. Where an entrant has an active Icon subscription, Explorer credits are halved and applied as Icon time at the Promoter's standard 2:1 conversion (e.g. 1 month Explorer → 2 weeks Icon).

Universal benefit. Every successful waitlist signup, regardless of position or referral count, receives a reserved member handle (@name) before public launch.

Winners of The Hundred and corresponding Position rewards are determined automatically by reference to server-recorded data at the Lock Time. No subjective judgement is involved in the selection process.

The Promoter will notify qualifying entrants by email to the address registered on the waitlist within 14 days of the Lock Time. Winners will be required to confirm their delivery address (for The Hundred brass pin and Pioneer Pin) within 28 days of notification.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 28 days, or fails to provide a valid UK delivery address, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next-eligible entrant on the leaderboard or to retain the prize.

A list of The Hundred winning member handles will be published at https://app.mysova.co.uk/leaderboard within 30 days of the Lock Time. Personal data beyond a member handle will not be published without the entrant's prior written consent.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry data indicates fraud, automation, or coordinated abuse. Indicators include but are not limited to:

(a) Self-referral (entrant referring their own additional accounts).

(b) Same-IP referrals at suspicious velocity, or coordinated referral chains across a small set of IP addresses.

(c) Use of disposable, role-based, or otherwise non-personal email addresses (a published denylist applies).

(d) Use of unverifiable mobile numbers, virtual numbers, or numbers shared across multiple accounts.

(e) Any conduct that manipulates the position-jump or referral-ladder mechanics in a way the Promoter, acting reasonably, considers contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

Fraud-flagged entries are reviewed manually before disqualification where practicable. Disqualification of one or more entries does not affect the validity of the rest of the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or extend the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require, including but not limited to technical failure of the waitlist platform, regulatory action, or material fraud.

Where the Promoter modifies or cancels the Promotion, the Promoter will publish notice of such change at this URL and will, where reasonably practicable, notify materially-affected entrants by email.

Cancellation does not give rise to a right to compensation. Entrants whose subscription credits or collectible rewards have already been issued retain those rewards subject to these terms.

Personal data collected in the course of the Promotion is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and the Promoter's Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Lawful bases for processing entry data include: (a) performance of the Promotion contract; (b) the Promoter's legitimate interests in fraud prevention and Promotion administration; and (c) where applicable, the entrant's consent for marketing communications, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Entrants may exercise UK GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure (Article 17), restriction, portability, and objection by emailing privacy@mysova.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter accepts no liability for any technical malfunction of the waitlist platform, network, server, or other equipment which prevents an entrant from completing entry, nor for delivery failures of physical reward items beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

The Promoter's maximum aggregate liability to any one entrant under or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the notional value of any prize that would have been awarded to that entrant under these terms.

The Promotion is designed to follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the "CAP Code"), in particular Section 8 (Sales Promotions), the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the Licensing Act 2003 (where any sales-promotion content references licensed venues).

Promotional creative and paid creator content referencing alcohol or licensed venues will be reviewed against CAP Section 18 (Alcohol) before publication and will be 18+ age-gated where required.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these terms.

Material changes are notified at this URL and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the email address registered on the entrant's waitlist signup.

The general MYSOVA Terms of Service at /terms and the Privacy Policy at /privacy apply alongside these terms. In the event of conflict between these Promotion-specific terms and the general Terms of Service, these Promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of the Founder Pool Promotion only.
