Solo founder + sole director of MYSOVA LTD.

Pavel Vassiltsenko (“PV”) is the solo founder of MYSOVA. Estonian, London-based, sole director of MYSOVALTD — a UK private company limited by shares (Companies House #17154283, incorporated 13 April 2026, England & Wales).

MYSOVA was built in ten weeks from the first commit to waitlist launch. React Native + Expo on the native side. Next.js + Vercel on the web side. Supabase on the backend. No team, no agency, no ghostwriters. The code, brand, venue outreach, trademark filings, and HMRC paperwork are one person.

The trademarks — word mark UK00004373417 and owl mark UK00004373474 — were filed 15 April 2026 with the UK Intellectual Property Office. The company is ICO-registered for data protection and D-U-N-S verified for app-store enrolment. Registered office is in London.

MYSOVA is founder-funded. No VC, no angel round, no pre-seed, no accelerator. Zero dilution at launch is deliberate — the product should stay honest, no growth hacks forced in by investors, no pivot-to-enterprise panic eighteen months in. If it needs capital later it will raise it on its own terms.
